Poly Mix (Water proofing admixture)

Poly Mix is an innovative liquid admixture. It has higher workability in concrete / mortar mixes with achieve high resistance to water entrance & also reduces water. It is based on formulated polymers and compatible with all types of cement.

RECOMMENDED USES :

Poly Mix can be used in all types of residential, commercial and any kinds of structural concrete and mortar. Moreover Poly Mix Can be used in concrete applications constantly contact with water such as basement, structural ,tunnels, water tank (underground & overhead), swimming pools. Also it can be used for damp proofing & renovation work.

DOSAGES:

Recommended dosages is 200 ml to 500 ml. Optimum dosage of Poly Mix should be determined with trial mixes. Dosages may change on the basis of site condition.

EFFECT OF OVER DOSAGES :

Overdosing may not adversely affect the ultimate strength of the concrete and can achieve higher strengths than normal concrete, provided it is properly compacted and cured in the effect of over dosage. Consult your local cemix chemicals representative if necessary.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION / DATA :

The water proofing admixture for concrete shall be Poly Mix is a naphthalene polymer based formulation having slump retaining capabilities admixture. The product shall comply type G when tested to ASTM C-494 . The product shall have average relative density.

COMPATIBILITY:

Poly Mix is compatible with most admixture used in the production of quality concrete. Poly Mix can be used with all types of cement.

CORROSIVITY :

Poly Mix will never promote corrosion of reinforcing steel embedded in concrete. Poly Mix admixture does not contain any king of calcium chloride-base ingredients this is tested by BCSIR

FIRE :

Poly Mix is Non-flammable

STORAGE/SHELF LIFE :

Poly Mix has a minimum shelf life of 18 Months . If kept in a day store in unopened container .

SAFTY :

Poly Mix has no toxic ingredients (it has no harmless). if it accidentally gets in the mouth or eye wash with fresh water.
